October 26, 01:47:12 UTC – We have identified and fixed the issue, and are looking to hotfix the repair into our production environment.
20:56 UTC – CPU utilization for the database server in question reached 100% around 19:50 UTC. We first received notice of the start to this issue about 8 minutes later at 19:58 UTC. As of 20:55 UTC, CPU utilization has returned to normal levels, and the issue appears to be resolved. Our systems team will continue their investigation.
