How to Provide Us With TeamViewer Access

TeamViewer allows commercebuild employees to have temporary access to your server or workstation in order to troubleshoot issues with our software. In this article, we will show you how to provide us the access we need to assist you.

Download TeamViewer

Go here to download TeamViewer for your device. Once downloaded, follow the set up instructions.

Navigate to the Remote Control Tab

Under Remote Control, you will find Your ID and Password. Upon request, please provide us both. For security purposes, we recommend using QuickForget.com to safely transmit your password.

Once Done, Reset Password

When commercebuild has finished, please be sure to reset your password.
